Existing Relationships. Except as otherwise required by this Agreement, Seller shall use its best efforts to preserve the CATV Systems as a going concern and to preserve existing relationships with suppliers, customers, governmental entities and others having business dealings with Seller, all in accordance with Seller's ordinary course of business consistent with past practices.

Existing Relationships. Each church agrees that the other church will continue to live in communion with all the churches with whom the latter is now in communion. The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America continues to be in full communion (pulpit and altar fellowship) with all member churches of the Lutheran World Federation and with three of the Reformed family of churches (Presbyterian Church [U.S.A.], Reformed Church in America, and United Church of Xxxxxx). This Concordat does not imply or inaugurate any automatic communion between The Episcopal Church and those churches with whom the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is in full communion. The Episcopal Church continues to be in full communion with all the Provinces of the Anglican Communion, with the Old Catholic Churches of Europe, with the united churches of the Indian subcontinent, with the Mar Thoma Church, and with the Philippine Independent Church. This Concordat does not imply or inaugurate any automatic communion between the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and those churches with whom The Episcopal Church is in full communion.

Existing Relationships. Nothing in this Agreement will supersede or alter any obligation or duty existing as of the Effective Date between Telocity and any Affiliate of GE, including the National Broadcasting Company, Inc. and NBC Internet Inc.
Existing Relationships. Licensee and Licensor shall have separate and independent relationships with suppliers to the System, including but not limited to any financial terms, Rebates, and related matters; provided, that:
4.1.1. If it should be necessary to license the supplier’s use of the Proprietary Marks, only Licensor shall have the right to do so;
4.1.2. Licensor and Licensee shall cooperate with one another so that, to the extent possible, they will seek to aggregate their respective purchases (and those of their respective franchisees) in order to maximize volume discounts, vendor rebates, and other beneficial treatment; and
4.1.3. Licensor shall have the sole right to designate and/or approve the identity of all suppliers to the System.
4.1.3.1. Licensor may approve suppliers and producers of Products, food items, ingredients, supplies, materials, and other products that meet its standards and requirements including, but not limited to, standards and requirements relating to product quality, prices, consistency, reliability, financial capability, labor and customer relations. Licensee shall purchase (and designate for purchase in the portion of the System that Licensee operates and licenses to Unit Franchisees) all Products, food items, ingredients, supplies, materials, and other products used or offered for sale at the Restaurant solely from suppliers (including manufacturers, producers, and other sources) who demonstrate, to the continuing reasonable satisfaction of Licensor, the ability to meet Licensor’s then-current standards and specifications for such items; who possess adequate quality controls and capacity to supply Licensee’s needs promptly and reliably; whose approval would enable the System, in Licensor’s sole opinion, to take advantage of marketplace efficiencies; and who have been approved in writing by Licensor prior to any purchases by Licensee from any such supplier, and have not thereafter been disapproved (collectively, “Approved Suppliers”). Approval of a supplier may be conditioned on requirements relating to the frequency of delivery, standards of service, including prompt attention to complaints, or other criteria, and concentration of purchases, as set forth above, and may be temporary pending a further evaluation of such supplier by Licensor.
4.1.3.2. Licensor shall have the right to approve a single supplier as an Approved Supplier for any product or special equipment and may designate an Approved Supplier as to certain products. Licensor shall ...
Existing Relationships. To facilitate a smooth transition during and after the transfer of the Assets to the Partnership and the New Management Company, during the Noninterference Period, Branch agrees that he will assist the Partnership and the New Management Company by recommending to (i) former employees of Branch Partnership hired as employees of the Partnership and/or the New Management Company that they remain employees of the Partnership and/or the New Management Company, as the case may be, and (ii) former clients of Branch Partnership having management or other contracts with the New Management Company on or after the date of this Agreement that they remain as clients of New Management Company and not terminate any such contracts.

The Sellers shall cause the Companies ---------------------- and their Subsidiaries to use reasonable efforts to keep reasonably available to Buyer their officers and key employees, and to preserve for Buyer their ordinary and customary relationships with licensors, suppliers, distributors, customers and others having business relations with them.
