Expediting. If at any time it becomes apparent to Buyer that the Goods will not be delivered by the date(s) specified in the Agreement, then Buyer may require Seller to expedite the work (including by adding additional shifts and equipment or by subcontracting), and any additional costs will be borne by Seller.

Expediting. When an expedited shipping fee is pre-approved in writing by Buyer and charged by Seller, Seller shall assure delivery on or before the specific delivery date required by Buyer. If delivery is not made on or before the specific delivery date, the expedited shipping fee shall not be due or payable by Buyer.
Expediting. This Agreement is subject to expediting by Voith and/or its authorized representative, and expeditors shall be allowed free access to all phases of manufacture and supply, including, without limitation, shipping details. Upon notice, Vendor shall promptly provide Voith’s expeditor with the name of a plant contact, plant reference number, scheduled holidays and shut-down periods, plant capacities and current workload, numbers of Vendor’s personnel qualified in various disciplines having to do with execution of this Agreement and any other pertinent information. Voith’s expeditor will monitor the timely preparation of and Vendor’s actual adherence to the schedule covering activities in engineering, issuance of drawings and data, material acquisition, fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing and shipping. Notification of readiness for inspection and/or testing shall be given in writing to Voith. If requested by Voith, Vendor shall make available at its cost working facilities for a resident expeditor from Voith, including, but not limited to, office space, telephone, computer, etc.
Expediting. The goods furnished under this Purchase Order shall be subject to expediting by Buyer or its representatives, if feasible, subject to, as appropriate, mutual agreement on any incremental costs to be reimbursed to Seller in accommodating Xxxxx’s request to expedite. Buyer’s personnel shall be allowed reasonable access to Seller’s plants, and those of his sub-suppliers, for expediting purposes. As required by Xxxxx, Seller shall supply schedules and progress reports for Buyer’s use in expediting.

Expediting. 44.1 The equipment and material furnished under this Contract may be subject to expediting by Owner. Owner shall be allowed reasonable access to the shops, factories, and other places of business of the Contractor and its subcontractors and suppliers, for expediting purposes. As required by Owner, Contractor shall supply schedules and progress reports for Owner's use in expediting and Contractor shall cooperate with Owner and require its subcontractors and suppliers to cooperate with Owner in such expediting. Any expediting performed by Owner shall not relieve Contractor of its sole and primary responsibility for timeliness of delivery of the equipment and material to be furnished under this Contract.

Expediting. In the event that delivery of goods is not made in the quantities and at the time or times specified, and Seller has not notified Buyer as required under Article 4 and Buyer has not agreed to the delay, Buyer may, at its sole option and without incurring any liability and in addition to all other rights and remedies which it may have pursuant to this PO or otherwise at law or equity, take either or both of the following courses of action: (a) direct expeditious routing of goods (the difference in cost between the expedited routing and the PO routing costs to be paid wholly by the Seller); or as to goods not yet shipped, (b) terminate this PO by notice in writing and purchase substitute goods elsewhere and charge the Seller with any loss, direct or indirect, thereby incurred, including, without limitation, any loss incurred as a result of paying more for the replacement goods than would have been paid for the goods to be acquired hereunder.
Expediting. 2.8.1 The Contractor shall act immediately to procure and furnish all requisite Materials and Equipment necessary for the Contractor to commence deliveries and start the Work at the Project immediately upon the Commencement Date. The Contractor shall make deliveries of all such Materials and Equipment to the Project Site at such times (including overtime days or hours if necessary) so as to avoid delays to the Work or the Project.
Expediting. Expediting personnel shall be assigned according to requisition volume, complexity, and specific situations that may arise.
