EXPENSES AND INCIDENTALS. 26.1 When incurring costs on employer business including travelling, the employee will be reimbursed for costs on an actual and reasonable basis on presentation of receipts, including staying privately.

EXPENSES AND INCIDENTALS. 27.1 Where an employee is required to travel for TDHB business, this will be done in accordance with TDHB Policy. A TDHB vehicle will be provided where possible. In the event of a vehicle not being available, and employees are instructed to use their motor vehicle on employer business, they shall be reimbursed as per clause 27.2.
EXPENSES AND INCIDENTALS. The Tenant shall reimburse the Landlord (or its agent) all of the expenses, services and costs without distinction on a prorata basis to the floor area of the premises occupied. The Tenant shall pay all expenses and contributions of any kind whatsoever that would or could become due on the leased or rented real property holdings plus any management, managing agent or union fees and insurance premiums, the whole such that the rent established above is collected by the Landlord net of all expenses.
