EXPENSES AND MATERIALS. 6.1 The District shall provide tools and equipment it requires for use by unit members in the performance of their assigned duties including but not limited to uniforms and personal protective equipment.
EXPENSES AND MATERIALS. 25.1 The District may require the wearing of district-approved uniforms by classified personnel. Uniforms will be purchased by the District. Any District required equipment, identification badges, emblems and cards shall be purchased by the District. Xxxxxxxx’s uniforms will be supplied and laundered at the District’s expense. The District will provide up to five (5) uniforms/shirts and replace up to four (4) uniforms/shirts per employee, per year. New uniforms will be ordered annually.

EXPENSES AND MATERIALS. District shall not be liable to Contractor for any costs or expenses paid or incurred by Contractor in performing services for District. Contractor shall furnish, at its own expense, all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and other items necessary to complete the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement.
