EXPENSES AND MATERIALS. 6.1 The District shall provide tools and equipment it requires for use by unit members in the performance of their assigned duties including but not limited to uniforms and personal protective equipment.
EXPENSES AND MATERIALS. 25.1 The District may require the wearing of district-approved uniforms by classified personnel. Uniforms will be purchased by the District. Any District required equipment, identification badges, emblems and cards shall be purchased by the District. Xxxxxxxx’s uniforms will be supplied and laundered at the District’s expense. The District will provide up to five (5) uniforms/shirts and replace up to four (4) uniforms/shirts per employee, per year. New uniforms will be ordered annually.

  • EMPLOYEE EXPENSES AND MATERIALS 9.1 The District shall pay the full cost of the purchase, lease, or rental of uniforms, equipment, identification badges, emblems, aprons, hairnets, and cards required by the District to be worn or used by employees.

  • Equipment and Materials Contractor at its sole cost and expense shall provide and furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation services and any other items (collectively, "Equipment") which are required or necessary to perform the Services in a manner which is consistent with generally accepted standards of the profession for similar services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, District shall not be responsible for any damages to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any Equipment used by Contractor of the Contracted Parties, even if such Equipment is furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor or the Contracted Parties by District. Furthermore, any Equipment or workmanship that does not conform to the regulations of this Agreement may be rejected by District and in such case must be promptly remedied or replaced by Contractor at no additional cost to District and subject to District’s reasonable satisfaction.
