Expenses and Membership. The Employee shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses which he shall incur in connection with his services under this Agreement, upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with the policies of the Company. In addition, the Employee shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him to satisfy his continuing legal education requirements for his license to practice law in the State of Indiana. So long as the Employee is employed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the Employee shall be entitled to continue his memberships in the American, Indiana and Terre Haute Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Country Club of Terre Haute, and the Company shall continue to pay or reimburse the Employee for the dues and assessments for such memberships.
