Expenses Reimbursed. Where required and College-initiated professional development activities referred to in clause 20.17 take place at a location other than the Employee’s normal place of work, the College shall provide the Employee with, or approve and reimburse the Employee for, expenses incurred by the Employee for the following:
Expenses Reimbursed. (a) The Company shall reimburse the Manager for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred and approved pursuant to Section 2.09(e) in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder, except for any expenses arising out of the Manager’s willful misfeasance, bad faith, gross negligence in the performance of or reckless disregard of its obligations and duties hereunder.
(b) The Company shall reimburse the Manager for all appropriate Operating Costs of the Company. Such reimbursement shall be made, upon receipt by the Company from the Manager of a schedule detailing Operating Costs (substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereof), within thirty (30) days following the end of each quarter. For the purposes hereof, “Operating Costs” means all costs incurred by the Manager in connection with the performance of its obligations under this Agreement that have been submitted and approved in writing as part of the annual budget approval process described in Section 2.09(e). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby agreed that certain expenses will not be paid by the Manager and do not constitute reimbursable Operating Costs. Such expenses, which are directly attributable to the Company, include fees payable to: (i) each rating agency that assigns a rating to the Company, (ii) external auditors of the Company, (iii) external legal counsel engaged by the Company for services rendered thereto and not in connection with duties of the Manager which are unrelated to the management services it renders to the Company, (iv) certain third-party providers of accounting services to the Company, (v) providers of credit research services required by the Company and (vi) any provider of goods or services for costs incurred in connection with requirements imposed by regulatory authorities, the applicable rating agencies, or any applicable law, rule, regulation, administrative interpretation, ordinance, code issued by a Governmental Authority or regulatory body, or any order, writ, injunction, directive, judgment or decree of a court of competent jurisdiction; each such expense shall be paid by the Company.
Expenses Reimbursed. The Employer shall reimburse employees for reasonable expenses incurred by them on authorized Employer business. Receipts for expenditures shall be supplied by the employee on the basis of Employer policy direction.
(a) An employee authorized to travel on Employer business utilizing a privately owned automobile shall receive allowances in accordance with the mileage rate established by the Public Service Commission from time to time.
(b) Employees shall be reimbursed for accommodation at a private residence or actual and reasonable hotel expenses, supported by a receipt, as established by Employer policy.
(c) Employees shall be entitled to meal allowances as established by the Public Service Commission from time to time.
Expenses Reimbursed. During the period of his employment, Xxxxxx will be reimbursed for his reasonable expenses in accordance with general policy of the Corporation as adopted by the Board of Directors from time to time. In addition to such reimbursement expenses, Xxxxxx shall incur and pay in the course of his employment by the Corporation certain other necessary expenses as Technical Manager, Smart One and Smart Enterprise, for which he will be required personally to pay but for which the Corporation shall reimburse or otherwise compensate him, including, but not limited to the following: automobile and transportation expenses; educational expenses incurred for the purpose of maintaining or improving Xxxxxx'x professional skills, club dues, and the expenses of membership in civic groups, professional societies, and fraternal organizations, and all other items of reasonable and necessary professional expenses incurred by Xxxxxx in the performance of the services in which Xxxxxx has been engaged on behalf of the Corporation.
Expenses Reimbursed. On initial appointment to the University each Member shall be entitled to reimbursement for moving expenses subject to the following conditions:
a. all claims must be substantiated by official and original receipts;
b. the University shall reimburse claims at the rate of 100% to a maximum of $4,000 for Members on a contract of more than twelve (12) months;

In addition to such reimbursement expenses, Executive shall incur and pay in the course of his employment by EE certain other necessary expenses as Executive Vice-President, for which he will be required personally to pay but for which EE shall reimburse or otherwise compensate him, including, but not limited to the following: automobile, and transportation expenses; educational expenses incurred for the purpose of maintaining or improving Executive's professional skills; club dues, and the expenses of membership in civic clubs; professional societies; fraternal organizations; and all other items of reasonable and necessary professional expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of the services in which Executive has been engaged on behalf of EE.

In addition to such reimbursement expenses, Executive shall incur and pay in the course of his employment by EDOORWAYS certain other necessary expenses as Chief Executive Officer, for which he will be required personally to pay but for which EDOORWAYS shall reimburse or otherwise compensate him, including, but not limited to the following: automobile, and transportation expenses; educational expenses incurred for the purpose of maintaining or improving Executive's professional skills; club dues, and the expenses of membership in civic clubs; professional societies; fraternal organizations; and all other items of reasonable and necessary professional expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of the services in which Executive has been engaged on behalf of EDOORWAYS.
