Experience. A minimum of 1 year of IT work experience in computer systems or support with demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

Experience. A minimum of 1 year of IT work experience with basic understanding of telecommunications and multi- platform environments.
Experience. The Purchaser has sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters so as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in the Purchased Shares. The Purchaser is capable of bearing the economic risks of such investment, including a complete loss of its investment.
Experience. The undersigned has such knowledge and experience in financial and business matters that the undersigned is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of investment in the Company and of making an informed investment decision. The undersigned has adequate means of providing for the undersigned's current needs and possible future contingencies and the undersigned has no need, and anticipates no need in the foreseeable future, to sell the Shares for which the undersigned subscribes. The undersigned is able to bear the economic risks of this investment and, consequently, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the undersigned is able to hold the Shares for an indefinite period of time and has sufficient net worth to sustain a loss of the undersigned's entire investment in the Company in the event such loss should occur. Except as otherwise indicated herein, the undersigned is the sole party in interest as to its investment in the Company, and it is acquiring the Shares solely for investment for the undersigned's own account and has no present agreement, understanding or arrangement to subdivide, sell, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of all or any part of the Shares subscribed for to any other person.
Experience. The Registered Holder has made such inquiry concerning the Company and its business and personnel as it has deemed appropriate; and the Registered Holder has sufficient knowledge and experience in finance and business that it is capable of evaluating the risks and merits of its investment in the Company.
Experience. (i) The Purchaser is knowledgeable, sophisticated and experienced in financial and business matters, in making, and is qualified to make, decisions with respect to investments in shares representing an investment decision like that involved in the purchase of the Shares, including investments in securities issued by the Company and comparable entities, and the Purchaser has undertaken an independent analysis of the merits and the risks of an investment in the Shares, based on the Purchaser’s own financial circumstances; (ii) the Purchaser has had the opportunity to request, receive, review and consider all information it deems relevant in making an informed decision to purchase the Shares and to ask questions of, and receive answers from, the Company concerning such information; (iii) the Purchaser is acquiring the Shares in the ordinary course of its business and for its own account for investment only and with no present intention of distributing any of such Shares or any arrangement or understanding with any other persons regarding the distribution of such Shares (this representation and warranty not limiting the Purchaser’s right to sell pursuant to the Registration Statement or in compliance with the Securities Act and the Rules and Regulations, or, other than with respect to any claims arising out of a breach of this representation and warranty, the Purchaser’s right to indemnification under Section 7.3); (iv) the Purchaser will not, directly or indirectly, offer, sell, pledge, transfer or otherwise dispose of (or solicit any offers to buy, purchase or otherwise acquire or take a pledge of) any of the Shares, nor will the Purchaser engage in any short sale that results in a disposition of any of the Shares by the Purchaser, except in compliance with the Securities Act and the Rules and Regulations and any applicable state securities or “blue sky” laws, including the laws of the State of Israel, if applicable; (v) the Purchaser has, in connection with its decision to purchase the number of Shares set forth in Section 2 above, relied solely upon the representations and warranties of the Company contained herein; (vi) the Purchaser has had an opportunity to discuss this investment with representatives of the Company and ask questions of them; and (vii) the Purchaser is an institutional “accredited investor” within the meaning of Rule 501(a) of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act.
Experience. Teachers shall: a) Gain experience while holding a valid Alberta teaching certificate or its equivalent in the relevant governing jurisdiction, and working in a position that requires a teaching certificate as a condition of employment; and, b) Not gain experience during vacation periods and leaves of absence without salary. 3.4.1. Experience increments shall be earned by a teacher on contract after one hundred and forty (140) operational days with the School Division. 3.4.2. Experience increments shall be earned by a substitute teacher after one hundred and forty (140) operational days in the preceding five (5) years with the School Division. 3.4.3. A teacher shall be granted only one (1) experience increment during any one (1) school year. 3.4.4. Uncredited experience shall be carried over for the calculation of experience increments. 3.4.5. The adjustment dates for an earned increment for teaching experience shall be September 1 and February 1.

Experience. Such Purchaser has substantial experience in evaluating and investing in private placement transactions of securities in companies similar to the Company, and the Purchaser is capable of evaluating the merits and risks of its investment in the Company and has the capacity to protect its own interests.
