EXPO. CGI shall provide for a multi-day vendor exposition at each Event (the “Expo”), which Expo may be referred to as the “Health & Fitness Expo” or other name chosen by CGI. At the Expo, CGI (or its designee) may sell official Rock ‘n’ Roll®-branded (or any other) merchandise and services, and, to the extent approved in writing by CGI, Event sponsors and other Expo vendors may sell or otherwise distribute other merchandise and services. Except as may otherwise be required by applicable law, CITY shall not charge or assess any fees to or on any vendor, contractor, or any other party in connection with the Expo.
EXPO. 1. For those employees whose employer does not provide safety equipment which can also be used with the State Fair Police, and for each peace officer of the California Exposition and State Fair who does not have another law enforcement employer, the State shall provide the following:
EXPO. Financial Services LLC desires to assign, grant, convey, and transfer the Software License to Software Licensee, and Software Licensee desires to license the Software, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement;
EXPO. Financial Services LLC hereby transfers, grants, conveys, assigns, and relinquishes exclusively to Software Licensee all of eXPO Financial Services LLC's right, title, and interest in and to both the tangible and the intangible property constituting the Software, in perpetuity (or for the longest period of time otherwise permitted by law).
EXPO. Financial Services LLC shall execute and deliver such further conveyance instruments and take such further actions as may be necessary or desirable to evidence more fully the transfer of license of all of the Software to Software Licensee. eXPO Financial Services LLC therefore agrees:

SURE and ATKV HARTENBOS will not take any responsibility for loss or damage to any property due to any act of God, fire, riots, natural disasters, or other risks for the duration of the event and no refund will be made to Exhibitor that have booked stands through the organisers of the Ekspo (kykNET Buite Ekspo SOUTH Cape).

EXPO. The right to use a 10’ x 10’ space in the Expo at the Event, which Expo space may be used by the City to promote its products and services, provided that the City complies with WTC’s Expo rules and regulations.
EXPO. You agree explicitly that, in the event that you fail to set up products/services on time and in their assigned spaces/tables, or if you fail to make payment on time, Women’s Entrepreneur Expo has the right to take possession of your space and lease it to another organization. No early breakdown is permitted.
