Export and Import. This provision may not be modified or amended by any addendum, exhibit, attachment, or any other agreement without prior written approval from Northrop Grumman Law Department (Export/Import).
Export and Import. 18.1 Reseller warrants to Lenovo that at all times relevant to this Agreement, it is, and will continue to be, in compliance with all applicable export and import laws, regulations, orders and policies, as well as those of the United States, including any clearances, licenses, exemptions and filings associated therewith. If Reseller exports or imports Products, Services or technical data, Reseller, and not Lenovo, shall act as the exporter or importer of record. Lenovo may, in its sole discretion, require Reseller to provide Lenovo with written certification of its compliance with the export and import requirements described above.
Export and Import. 16.1 Seller is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any export license(s) required for delivery of the Goods to Buyer.
Export and Import. The Supplier shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any and all import and/or export permits necessary for the Delivery. The Supplier shall prepare all necessary documentation related to import and export of the Products.

Annodata may suspend performance under this Agreement, if 1) Customer is in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, and 2) to the extent necessary to assure compliance under U.S. or other applicable export or similar regulations.

Reseller warrants to Lenovo that at all times relevant to this Agreement, it is, and will continue to be, in compliance with all applicable export and import laws, regulations, orders and policies, as well as including those of the United States, including any as well as the clearances, licenses, exemptions and filings associated therewith, and will maintain records sufficient for Lenovo to Reseller’s compliance with all applicable laws, regulators, orders and policies (including, but not limited to, information sufficient to identify End Users). If Reseller exports or imports Products, Services or technical data, Reseller, and not Lenovo, shall act as the exporter or importer of record. Lenovo may, in its sole discretion, require Reseller to provide Lenovo with written certification of its compliance with the export and import requirements described above.
