Common use of Export Control Licence Clause in Contracts

Export Control Licence. for the purposes of this clause 20, shall mean any public or governmental licence, approval, permit or similar (whether temporary or permanent), issued directly or indirectly, by the United Kingdom or any foreign government or authority which, from time to time, it is necessary to obtain in order to be entitled to market, import, export, re-export products and/or the provision of Services and/or the transfer of technology and/or Material or intellectual property rights.
