Exposure Limits. The total dollar amount of Entries transmitted, frequency of origination and payment application (debits or credits) originated by the Business Entity to the Bank shall comply with limits set forth in the Agreement’s Schedule F.
Exposure Limits. Sub-Merchant shall comply with the monetary file limits established by Fattmerchant based on regulatory file limit guidelines as notified by Fattmerchant. Sub-Merchant agrees that Fattmerchant will not process an Overlimit Entry. Fattmerchant will suspend any Overlimit Entry submitted by Sub-Merchant and may, following its receipt of an Overlimit Entry, suspend all In-Process Entries. Sub-Merchant acknowledges that any Overlimit Entry or other In-Process Entries suspended by Fattmerchant will not settle on their scheduled Settlement Date. If Sub-Merchant wishes to initiate an Entry through Fattmerchant that would cause the amount of In-Process Entries to exceed the Entry Settlement Limit, Sub-Merchant may submit to Fattmerchant its request to initiate an Entry that otherwise would be an Overlimit Entry. Sub-Merchant must submit its request at least two (2) banking days prior to the date on which Sub-Merchant wishes to initiate the Entry that otherwise would be an Overlimit Entry. Fattmerchant may require from Sub-Merchant financial or other information in connection with Fattmerchant’s consideration of the request. Fattmerchant may grant or deny the request at its sole discretion. In addition to the foregoing, Fattmerchant generally reserves the right to limit the nature and amount of the preauthorized debit/credit Entries processed under this Agreement or to refuse to process any debit/credit Entries under this Agreement if, in Fattmerchant 's sole judgment (i) there is reasonable cause to believe that any Entry will be returned or will not settle in the ordinary course of the transaction for any reason, (ii) to do otherwise would violate any limit set by the applicable clearing house association or any governmental authority or agency to control payment system risk, or (iii) a preauthorized credit Entry or the return of a preauthorized debit Entry would create an overdraft of the Operating Account. If any of the foregoing actions are taken by Fattmerchant with respect to a particular preauthorized debit/credit Entry, Fattmerchant will notify Sub-Merchant as promptly as practicable, but in no event later than two
Exposure Limits. Company shall comply with the monetary origination limits established by Financial Institution (See Exposure Limits in Schedule C of the Service Profile).
Exposure Limits. Customer shall at all times maintain a settlement Account with Bank for the purpose of funding Customer’s Entries. The total dollar amount of Entries initiated by Customer through Bank under all ACH Services and pending on a given day shall not exceed the lesser of collected or available balances in the Account or an exposure limit established by Bank (“Exposure Limit”). Establishment of an Exposure Limit should not be interpreted or construed by Customer as a commitment or agreement to provide any credit or loans to a Customer and is subject to modification or termination at any time by Bank. Bank may establish, monitor and periodically review Customer's Exposure Limit and Customer's compliance thereof, and may, in Bank's sole discretion, cease processing Entries based on such review.

Payment orders greater than the total approved ACH Exposure dollar limits established will be processed upon the Bank’s validation with confirmation from your authorized representative listed on the Enrollment Form. Processing delays may result if the Bank is unable to perform this validation.

You acknowledge that our acceptance of Images may be dependent, among other things, upon (i) our assessment of your creditworthiness, and (ii) the total amount of Images and other Items outstanding at any one time which have been accepted by us but for which we have not received final settlement ("Unsettled Items"). We may set an exposure limit applicable to the Services (“Exposure Limits”), which may include a limit on your Unsettled Items. We may amend any Exposure Limit from time to time without notice to you. We have no obligation to accept any Image which, when combined with all Unsettled Items, exceeds your Exposure Limit.
