Expropriation / Nationalisation. If any Governmental Authority shall have condemned, nationalized, seized, or otherwise expropriated all or any substantial part of the assets of the Company or of the shares of the Company held by any director or the promoters, or shall have assumed custody or control of such shares or the business or operations of the Company or shall have taken any action for the dissolution of the Company or any action that would prevent the Company or its officers from carrying on its business or operations or a substantial part thereof.
