Extended Tour Overtime. (a) A member required to work overtime of fifteen (15) minutes or more following a regularly scheduled shift, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times (1½x) the regular rate, exclusive of shift differential, for the first two (2) consecutive hours of overtime worked and at the rate of double time (2x) the regular rate for all overtime hours worked in excess of two (2). (b) Overtime on a statutory holiday shall be at the rate of double time (2x), exclusive of shift differential.
