Extension of Terms. The District, at its discretion, may extend the term calendars to meet the needs and/or requirements for special programs (e.g., Respiratory Therapy, Mental Health, and Nursing). The District may also align a course taught at a high school with that high school’s term calendar. However, these modifications do not alter the remainder of the contract: references to weeks and terms shall be uniform and based on the District’s academic calendar.
Extension of Terms. If neither Kmart nor Salton terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 10.3, 10.4 or 10.5, as applicable, Kmart shall have the right to extend the term of this Agreement for successive one-year periods through June 30, 2011, by delivering written notice to Salton of its desire to so extend this Agreement on or before May 30 of any year during the Term or any extension period, as applicable. Upon any such extension, the Minimum Product Orders for each Category shall be increased at an annual rate of no more than four percent (4%) from the amount of Minimum Product Orders in the immediately preceding year during each year in which the Term has been so extended. Kmart may terminate this Agreement without cause on sixty (60) days prior written notice at any time during any extension period without cost or penalty.
Extension of Terms. The District, at its discretion, may extend the semesters, summer session, and winter session calendars, to meet the needs and/or requirements of special programs (e.g. Administration of Justice, Fire Technology, etc.)
Extension of Terms. The Parties may extend, by mutual written agreement, the term of this Agreement if funding availability and research opportunities reasonably warrant. Any extension shall be formalized through modification of the Agreement by the Agreements Officer and the Performer’s Signatory Authority.

Extension of Terms. Effective as of the Effective Date, the following modifications shall be deemed made to the Loan Documents:

At the conclusion of this contract, the terms contained herein will remain in force until a new contract is ratified by both parties, or is unilaterally implemented by the District at the conclusion of statutorily mandated impasse procedure. The District and CSEA agree to meet and negotiate on a new contract in accordance with Government Code section 3547 et seq.
Extension of Terms. 4.8.2.1. The payment dates of any obligation shall be automatically extended to the first subsequent business day if the due date of the respective obligation is a national holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or also whenever the banks are authoriz\ed to closed in the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, without any increase in the amounts to be paid, except for those cases in which the payments shall be made by means of CETIP, in which case there will only be an extension when the payment date of the respective obligation is a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday.
Extension of Terms. The Initial Term of the TA Agreement, the Initial Term of the Blue Sky Agreement and the current Rollover Period of the Fund Accounting Agreement are each hereby extended through August 30, 2008.
