Common use of EXTENSION OF TIME, WAIVER OR RELAXATION Clause in Contracts

EXTENSION OF TIME, WAIVER OR RELAXATION. No extension of time or waiver or relaxation of any of the provisions or terms of This BEE Contract or any contract, xxxx of exchange or other document issued or executed pursuant to or in terms of This BEE Contract, which is furnished by any Specified Issuer, shall operate as an estoppel against any party in respect of its rights under This BEE Contract, nor shall it operate so as to preclude such party (save as to any extension, waiver or relaxation actually given) thereafter from exercising its rights strictly in accordance with This BEE Contract.
