EXTENT OF CONTRACT. This Contract which includes this Agreement and the other documents incorporated herein by reference represents the entire and integrated Agreement between Owner and Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor. If anything in any document incorporated into this Agreement is inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.
EXTENT OF CONTRACT. No terms, conditions or warranties other than as specifically set forth in the Offer shall be deemed to be incorporated or to form part of the Contract or shall otherwise govern the relationship between the Owner and the Hirer in relation to the hire of any particular Plant pursuant to the Offer. This excludes all other terms or conditions which the Hirer may seek to apply under any order or acknowledgement or acceptance or similar document and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, whether written or oral unless and to the extent that they are expressly accepted in writing and signed by the Owner. The Owner and the Hirer do not intend that any of the terms of the Contract will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 by any person not a party to the Contract, except that a person who is a successor to or an assignee of the rights of the Owner is deemed to become a party to the Contract after the date of succession or assignment (as the case may be).
EXTENT OF CONTRACT. No warranties or conditions other than specifically set forth shall be implied or deemed incorporated in, or form part of, the Contract. The Hiree admits no representations to the Hiree on behalf of the Hirer that may have induced the Hiree to enter into the Contract.
EXTENT OF CONTRACT. This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior representations, negotiations or agreements whether written or oral.
EXTENT OF CONTRACT. This Contract, together with the attachments, represents the entire and integrated Contract between the City of Oskaloosa (“City”) and (“Contractor”) and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. These parties have executed this Contract and it shall be effective as of the signed date below. This contract may be amended, modified, or added to only by written agreement signed by both parties.
EXTENT OF CONTRACT. The terms of the Contract Documents are intended by the parties to be a final expression of their understanding with respect to the Project and may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior or contemporaneous statements or understandings. No addition to, deletion from or modification of any term or provision of the Contract Documents shall be effective unless it is made in a writing signed by the parties hereto.

EXTENT OF CONTRACT. 18.7.1 This Contract is the exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties in relation to the Services. It supersedes all previous communications, representations, understandings arrangements and agreements between them in relation to the Services.
18.7.2 Neither party has relied on (and waives any right to make any claim in respect of) any representation, understanding arrangement, understanding or agreement not expressly set out in this Contract, including any provision in a tender not confirmed in this Contract.

No terms, conditions, or warranties other than as specifically set forth in the Offer shall be deemed to be incorporated or to form part of the Contract or shall otherwise govern the relationship between the Owner and the Hirer in relation to the hire of any Equipment pursuant to the Offer. This excludes all other terms or conditions which the Hirer may seek to apply under any order or acknowledgement or acceptance or similar document and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral unless and to the extent that they are expressly accepted in writing and signed by the Owner.
