Common use of Extent of Contract/Modification Clause in Contracts

Extent of Contract/Modification. This Contract, together with attachments or addenda, represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. This Contract may be amended, modified or added to only by written instrument properly signed by both parties. Should any language in any of the Exhibits or Contract Documents conflict with language contained in this Contract, the provisions of this Contract shall prevail.
