Extent of Obligations. The Parties shall ensure that all necessary measures are taken in order to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement in their respective territories, including ensuring that their respective regional and local governments and authorities, and non- governmental bodies in the exercise of governmental powers delegated to them by central, regional and local governments or authorities observe all obligations and commitments under this Agreement.
Extent of Obligations. Each Party shall ensure that it takes all necessary measures to give effect to the provisions of this Agreement, including their observance, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, by its sub-national governments.

Other than as set forth in Section 7.1 or 7.2, neither of the Employers shall have any obligation or liability to the Employee upon the employee's death or Disability except that the Employee shall be entitled to all of his accrued rights under stock option, retirement and other employee benefit plans of the Company and the Bank, and the Bank shall promptly pay the Employee (or his personal representative) his Base Cash Compensation due through the effective date of the termination of his employment, the cash equivalent of any accrued vacation days not taken as of such effective date (calculated based on the Employee's annual base salary attributable to each vacation day), and any out-of -pocket expenses for which the Employee is entitled to be reimbursed, and for which reimbursement has not yet been made.

Extent of Obligations. Licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of Licensee's family, friends, relatives, invitees, visitors, or agents while in or about the Building, and any breach of any applicable provision of this License by such persons shall be deemed to be a breach by Licensee.

Extent of Obligations. 1. Each Party is fully responsible for the observance of all provisions of this Agreement and shall take such reasonable measures as may be available to it to ensure observance of this Agreement by sub-national governments and authorities within its territory.
2. For greater certainty, the provisions of Chapter Twenty-One (Dispute Settlement) may be invoked in respect of measures affecting the observance of this Agreement taken by sub-national governments within the territory of each Party. If a Panel established under Article 21.6 (Establishment of a Panel) has ruled that a provision of this Agreement has not been observed, the responsible Party shall take such reasonable measures as may be available to it to ensure its observance. The provisions relating to suspension of benefits or other obligations apply in cases where it has not been possible to secure such observance.
