Exterior Appearance. Each Owner shall maintain the exterior of its respective Element in a first class manner consistent with other first class downtown Minneapolis properties and consistent with the then-current use of such Element.
Exterior Appearance. Tenant shall not place or install any show cases, awnings, window coverings, shades, lighting, signs, canopies, or any other item or article, in front of or affixed to any part of the exterior of the Premises or the Building or any other portion of Weston Town Center which would affect the visual appearance of same, without Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent Landlord may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion.
Exterior Appearance. The exterior appearance and quality of the qualifying units shall generally be similar to the market rate units, with exterior materials and improvements similar to, and architecturally compatible with, the market rate units in the development.
Exterior Appearance. 4.1.1 No twin-crystal, polycrystal, fissure, crack, holes, corner-cut, V-shape chips; length of edge chip ***, depth of edge chip ***, no more than *** chips on any edge.

4.1.6 Wafer edges shall be polished (damaged layer outside of ingots must be removed by machine polish or chemical erosion)
Exterior Appearance. Except as may be in existence on the Effective Date or as may be needed in the conduct of Tenant’s business, (i) no awnings or other projection shall be attached to any outside wall of the building; (ii) no curtains, blinds, shades or screens shall be attached to or hung in, or used in connection with, any window or door of the Premises other than Landlord’s standard window coverings; (iii) neither the interior nor exterior of any windows shall be coated or otherwise sunscreened without the express written consent of Landlord, nor shall any bottles, parcels, or other articles be placed on the windowsills; and (iv) no equipment, furniture or other items of personal property shall be placed on any exterior balcony without the express written consent of Landlord.
Exterior Appearance. Not hang any laundry, garments or other objects which are visible from outside of the Unit, except for draperies, shades or other suitable window coverings. Decorative window coverings shall not include any type of reflective film on any glass windows or doors (it being acknowledged that such material may compromise the integrity of the glass). The exterior appearance of all window coverings shall be neutral or darker in color. Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, a Unit Owner may display one portable, removable United States flag in a respectful way and, on Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day may display official flags that represent the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard, regardless of any provisions of the declaration, restrictive covenants, or rules dealing with flags or decorations.

Exterior Appearance. Any Capital Modification, including Sm all Scale Capital Modifications, that will affect the exterior physical appearance of structures comprising the Managed Assets (such as changes to exterior surface materials, colors, roof materials, or exterior structural dim ensions) that m ay be viewed from the exterior of the Plant S ite, shall be subject to approval by the Borough irrespective of the value of such Capital Modification.
Exterior Appearance. TENANT is responsible for exterior appearance of the rental unit to conform to LANDLORD’s standards, i.e. no trash, upholstered furniture, banners/signs, flags or other items on decks, breezeways, hallways, porches patios, yards, etc. Also, no sheets, towels, blankets or any other nontraditional window covering will be allowed. If trash, furniture, etc. has to be removed from your rental property, you will be billed at least a minimum charge of $50 per occurrence POOLS & HOT TUBS: TENANT will not have any type of pool, hot tub or trampoline on the premises. LOCKOUTS: Will be free of charge during business hours and $75.00 after business hours. Lost keys will be replaced at a cost of twenty dollars ($20.00) per key during business hours.
