Common use of Exterior Construction Documents Clause in Contracts

Exterior Construction Documents. Such Final Design and Exterior Construction Documents shall be based upon the approved Project Schematic Drawings and shall include and show (i) all the exterior faces of the Building from the adjoining sidewalk or ground surface to the highest point of the roof; to be constructed by Redeveloper as part of the 2236 R Street Redevelopment Project, (ii) the construction materials to be used for the exterior walls, and (iii) the elevation views of the exterior faces of the Building in relation to the adjoining sidewalk or ground surface (as preliminarily depicted on Exhibit D) within the Redevelopment Project Area (collectively “Exterior Construction Documents”). The Exterior Construction Documents shall include the following signature block (hereinafter the “Exterior Construction Documents Director Approval”): “These Exterior Construction Documents are in substantial conformance with the approved Schematic Drawings and are hereby approved this day of , 20 .
