Exterior Lighting. Developer shall provide sufficient exterior security lighting that is 11 automatically activated at low light levels to maintain 2-foot candles of lighting within the 12 building and parking areas.

Exterior Lighting. Sufficient exterior security lighting that is automatically activated at low light levels to maintain two (2) foot-candles of lighting within the building and parking areas of the site.
Exterior Lighting. Repairs or damage to PREMISES resulting from malfunctioning of building heating and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, plumbing or electrical fixtures.

Exterior Lighting. Exterior deck lighting shall be provided and installed to provide sufficient lighting and maintain an illumination level on the decks for safe operation at night. Weather tight, bulkhead mounted LED type fixtures shall be installed along the sides and ends of the deckhouse. The switches shall be located on the console in the pilothouse.
Exterior Lighting. The Owner agrees that all exterior lighting of the parcel, including lighting affixed to any building, shall be full cut-off, dark sky compliant, oriented and its intensity controlled so as to prevent glare onto adjacent properties and roads to the satisfaction of the Municipality. All exterior lighting shall be directed away from adjacent properties. Acceptable lighting will be provided to ensure the safety and security of the Public and the Development.
