Common use of Extra Pay Clause in Contracts

Extra Pay. 5.1 Guidelines The Administration and the Union will convene a task force on an as-needed basis to review and revise the District’s extra pay program. The task force will be made up of an equal number of teachers (appointed by the Union President) and administrators (appointed by the Superintendent). This task force will review the current extra pay program and make recommendations for revisions. The task force will make its recommendations to the Superintendent and Union President no later than May 1, of the current school year, with implementation of the new plan, if approved by the Board and Union, at the start of the following school year. Prior to commencing its work, the task force will be informed of the amount of money available to complete its work.
