Common use of EXTRAS/VARIATIONS Clause in Contracts

EXTRAS/VARIATIONS. 21.1 The Seller shall not be obliged to agree to any variation, modification, addition or omission to or from the structure design, layout, finishes, fixtures or fittings in respect of the Unit as set out in the Annexures hereto. 21.2 Should the Seller agree to any extras or variations, then those will be attended to entirely at the cost of the Purchaser and shall include such charges as the Seller may levy for attending thereto. All such costs shall be paid in cash, on agreement to proceed, to the Seller prior to any such work being proceeded with by the Seller, which payment shall at all times be non-refundable irrespective of any circumstances whatsoever.
