Facilities and Utilities. University shall provide for the benefit of the Licensee only the Licensed Premises and shall provide upkeep or repairs to the Licensed Premises. Licensee agrees that it accepts the premises “AS IS”. University shall be responsible for utility costs at the Licensed Premises except telecommunication and network services.
Facilities and Utilities. 1.7.1 General design and specification of facility and utility requirements (power, compressed air, water, ozone exhaust) associated with the E-beam processes. Detail design, structural, and shop drawings will be the responsibility of the General Contractor / Salubris.

Salubris and the General Contractor will be responsible for the construction of the shield, building, and all utilities. WODG shall secure from DALTON, any needed access to property, public drinking water source, electrical power source, and normal communication net access in areas of the Airport controlled by DALTON. DALTON will assist to make available to WODG effective April 20 through May 20, 2020 (maximum 30 days) and subsequent air show events, as the DALTON TBD Hanger(s) or its agents, Air Show Offices, FAA Safety Briefing Room, and Support Facilities needed to support military and civilian performers. DALTON will provide on the airport grounds a suitable location for a motor home unit to function as the temporary air show office. This site will include a minimum 50 amp electrical service; public water and sewer access. Effective dates: Nov. 1, 2019 to June 1, 2020. WODG shall be responsible for any enhancements to the facility necessary to conduct the Event subject to DALTON approval. Additionally, the XXXXXX Municipal Airport Conference Room shall be available to WODG during air show week. Any projected airport construction and/or improvement projects shall be communicated to WODG during the current term of agreement as soon as possible. Any such project that substantially interferes with the Event shall permit WODG and DALTON to declare a Contract Year voided and of no further effect.

All services and utilities shall be paid for by Lessee and must be contracted or arranged directly between Lessee and the appropriate utility companies. Hookups for all utilities and services, including electricity, gas, water and sewer, are the responsibility of Lessee, and all associated costs, including labor and materials, are the responsibility of Lessee.

Facilities and Utilities. 7.2.2.1 All utilities that could impact product quality (steam, gases, compressed air, and HVAC) are qualified and appropriately monitored and action is taken when limits are exceeded.
7.2.2.1.1 The SUBCONTRACTOR will have and maintain a HEPA filter certification program that routinely tests filter integrity.
7.2.2.2 The SUBCONTRACTOR must have and maintain procedures for ensuring that personnel, raw materials, equipment and waste flows are controlled to prevent cross contamination.
7.2.2.3 The SUBCONTRACTOR must have and maintain a procedure for area clearance and changeover between campaigns.
7.2.2.4 The SUBCONTRACTOR will assure that access to the manufacturing and testing facilities are restricted to authorized personnel. Authorized visitors must be escorted at all times in areas used to manufacture, test and store SAIC-XXXXXXXXX, INC. product.
Facilities and Utilities. Facilities are those which are appropriately equipped and staffed, including all utilities (as specified herein below) janitorial staff and services (including trash collection and removal), and security staff and which are adequate in size, functionality, and other specifications. Appropriate equipment, services, and staffing shall be as mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
