Facility Remedial Action Scheme. To the extent the Facility is not otherwise subject to Seller’s Transmission Provider’s Remedial Action Scheme, PGE shall have the right to utilize the Facility for PGE’s Transmission Provider’s Remedial Action Scheme. Before the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall at its expense make necessary arrangements, including installing any required equipment and entering into any applicable agreements, to enable the Facility to participate in a Remedial Action Scheme for PGE’s benefit.
