Facility Requirements. A. A copy of Agency’s license that clearly substantiates Agency as a training facility of “exceptional quality” for Category 1 (this may include: local, state, or national licensing or acknowledgment of being a training facility capable of training national athletes and/or Olympic level participants) or a copy of a license or documentation (Tax ID #) that clearly substantiates the Agency as a training facility of “high quality” for Category 2.

Facility Requirements. Any modifications, alteration, renovations or other changes to the Facilities shall not be made without the prior approval of the School Board. For such modifications, alterations, renovations or other changes requested by the Charter School, responsibility for the associated costs, including compliance with the federal Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), will be addressed by the parties to this Agreement at that time in an agreement reduced to writing and made an amendment to this Agreement.
