Facsimile Transmissions. This Agreement, the other Transaction Documents and all agreements, documents and certificates delivered pursuant to this Agreement and/or the other Transaction Documents or in connection with the transactions consummated pursuant to this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents may be executed by any Party and transmitted by such Party to any other Party or Parties by facsimile, and any such document shall be deemed to have full force and effect as if the facsimile signature or signatures on such documents were original.
Facsimile Transmissions. A facsimile transmission of the executed signature page from this Agreement, or any other documents to be delivered in accordance with this Agreement, shall constitute due and proper execution of such document, and each party making such facsimile delivery agrees to also deliver a copy of such document bearing the original signature of such party no later than three (3) days following the date of the facsimile transmission.
Facsimile Transmissions. Facsimile transmission of any signed original document, and retransmission of any signed facsimile transmission, shall be the same as delivery of an original. At the request of any party hereto, the parties will confirm facsimile transmitted signatures by signing an original document.
Facsimile Transmissions. This Agreement may be executed in identical counterparts, all of which will be deemed an original, but all of which will constitute one Agreement.
Facsimile Transmissions. Any agreements, documents or certificates transmitted by one party to another party by facsimile shall be deemed to have full force and effect as if the facsimile signatures were originals. This Agreement and any originally-executed documents required for the Closing may be transmitted by facsimile, and the party so transmitting such documents shall forward the originals to the other party by overnight courier promptly thereafter. Failure to transmit such original documents by overnight courier shall not affect the validity of the facsimile documents.
Facsimile Transmissions. Facsimile transmissions of signatures shall be deemed to constitute original signatures.
Facsimile Transmissions. Original signatures of the parties hereto on copies of this Escrow Agreement transmitted by facsimile shall be deemed originals for all purposes hereunder and such copies shall be binding on the parties hereto.
Facsimile Transmissions. Transmittal via facsimile of a copy of this Agreement, or any corollary agreements, notices, addenda and/or amendments pertaining to this Agreement, which have been signed by either or both parties, shall be deemed admissible and conclusive evidence of a party's intention to be bound to, and that party's approval of, the terms and conditions of such signed agreement. Subsequent to delivery via facsimile transmission, each party agrees to deliver to the other party an originally signed counterpart of any such instrument, which had been initially delivered via facsimile transmission. Facsimile Transmissions. Charges for facsimile transmissions in the service provider's offices are not allowed, and are expected to be borne by the service provider as part of general office overhead
Facsimile Transmissions. Documents transmitted by facsimile or other electronic means and showing the signature of a party shall be deemed to be binding upon such party in the same manner as if a manually signed copy of such document had been delivered, except that the documents to be recorded shall be manually executed and notarized.
