Failure to Enforce Provisions. The failure of a party to enforce any provision hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right of such party thereafter to enforce such provision. Any single or partial exercise of a right, remedy or privilege arising herefrom shall not preclude any further exercise of same.
