Failure to Pay Insurance. If any Borrower fails to obtain insurance as hereinabove provided, or to keep the same in force, Agent, if Agent so elects, may obtain such insurance and pay the premium therefor on behalf of such Borrower, and charge Borrowers’ Account therefor as a Revolving Advance of a Domestic Rate Loan and such expenses so paid shall be part of the Obligations.
Failure to Pay Insurance. If any Loan Party fails to obtain insurance as hereinabove provided, or to keep the same in force, Agent, at its option, may obtain such insurance and pay the premium therefor for the Borrowers’ Account, and charge the Borrowers’ Account therefor and such expenses so paid shall be part of the Obligations.

If any Credit Party fails to obtain insurance as hereinabove provided, or to keep the same in force, Agent, if Agent so elects, may obtain such insurance and pay the premium (but only after first providing Borrowing Agent with notice and one (1) Business Day to cure the same) therefor on behalf of such Credit Party, and charge Borrowers’ Account therefor as a Revolving Advance of a Domestic Rate Loan and such expenses so paid shall be part of the Obligations. Failure or delay on the part of Agent to provide notice pursuant to this section shall not constitute a waiver of Agent’s rights and remedies hereunder, other than as qualified in this Section 4.11.

Failure to Pay Insurance. If Internet America fails to obtain insurance as hereinabove provided, or to keep the same in force, the Secured Party, if the Secured Party so elect, may obtain such insurance and pay the premium therefor and such expenses so paid shall be part of the Obligations.

Failure to Pay Insurance. If any Borrower fails to obtain insurance as hereinabove provided, or to keep the same in force, Agent, if Agent so elects, may obtain such insurance and pay the premium therefor on behalf of such Borrower, and charge Borrowers’ Account therefor as a Revolving Advance of a Domestic Rate Loan and such expenses so paid shall be part of the Obligations, and such charge shall be deemed authorized by Borrowers and Lenders shall be obliged to fund their respective Revolving Commitment Percentages of the same regardless of whether any of the conditions under Sections 8.2 or 2.2 shall not be satisfied at such time or whether the revolving credit commitments of the Lenders hereunder shall have otherwise been terminated at such time.
Failure to Pay Insurance. If either the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary fails to obtain insurance as hereinabove provided, or to keep the same in force, Agent, if the Agent or the Required Purchasers so elect, may obtain such insurance and pay the premium therefor on behalf of such Restricted Subsidiary, and charge the Issuer therefor, and such expenses so paid shall be part of the Obligations.
Failure to Pay Insurance. If any Grantor fails to obtain insurance as hereinabove provided, or to keep the same in force, Agent, if Agent so elects, may obtain such insurance and pay the premium therefor on behalf of such Grantor, and charge Borrower’s Account therefor as an Advance of a Domestic Rate Loan and such expenses so paid shall be part of the Obligations.
