Failure to Perform Duties. 13.1 It is the intention that, during the term of this Agreement, unit members shall faithfully and diligently perform all of the duties normally associated with their positions. There shall be no strike, work stoppage, or any other failure to properly perform assigned duties by the Association, its officers, or unit members. 13.2 In the event that any unit members take any steps in violation of the provisions of this section, the Association shall make every effort to prevent such activities and to induce the unit members to comply with the terms of this Agreement. 13.3 Nothing in this article shall prohibit the unit members from exercising rights guaranteed to them by the state or federal constitutions or relieve them from responsibilities provided in those constitutions.
