Failure to Provide Assurances. If Interconnection Customer does not provide the reasonable payment assurances described in Section 3.3 within ten (10) Business Days of demand therefor by IPA, then IPA may, in addition to its right to suspend work pursuant to Section 3.3, immediately terminate this Agreement.
