Fair Employment. Contractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, ethnic background, or marital status, in violation of state or federal law.

Fair Employment. The Subcontractor agrees to be bound by and comply with all applicable Fair Employment Practices, Provisions and Regulations of Federal, State or other Governmental authority having jurisdiction including the provisions of Executive Order No. 11246, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, including amendments or revisions thereof, relating to nondiscrimination in employment, and any affirmative action provisions (including MBE or WBE requirements) contained in the Contract Documents or required by applicable law.
Fair Employment. Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee (or applicant for employment) with respect to compensation, terms, advancement potential, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such person’s race, color, religion, sex, disability, national origin, ancestry, age, or marital status pursuant to the requirements of Lincoln Municipal Code Chapter 11.08, Neb.
