FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES. (1) Bidders, vendors and purchases may not engage in unlawful employment practices as set forth in Subtitle 2 “Human Rights” of Title 12 of the Xxxxxx County Code, Subtitle 6 of Title 20 of the State Government Article, Annotated Code of Maryland or Sections 703 and 704 of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended. Should any bidders, vendors or purchasers engage in such unlawful employment practices, they shall be subject to being declared irresponsible or being debarred pursuant to the provisions of this subtitle.
