Time Records The employer will keep a record for a continuous period of seven (7) years from which can be readily ascertained the following:
Purchase Records The Investor and the Company shall each maintain records showing the remaining Available Amount at any given time and the dates and Purchase Amounts for each Regular Purchase, Accelerated Purchase and Additional Accelerated Purchase or shall use such other method, reasonably satisfactory to the Investor and the Company.
Account Records Permanent Mortgage Loan account records must be maintained by the Servicer for each Mortgage Loan. Each account record must be identifiable by the Servicer Loan Number.
Separate Records The Recipient shall maintain separate records and documentation for the Funds and keep all records including invoices, statements, receipts, and vouchers in respect of Funds expended on Eligible Projects in accordance with the Recipient’s municipal records retention by-law. Upon reasonable notice by AMO or Canada, the Recipient shall submit all records and documentation relating to the Funds for inspection or audit.
Client Records 25.2.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and 26 complete records of clients served and dates and type of services provided 27 under the terms of this Agreement in a form acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR.
Books Records and Reports The Contractor shall establish and maintain accounts and other books and records 7 pertaining to administration of the terms and conditions of this Settlement Contract, including: 8 the Contractor's financial transactions, water supply data, and Project land and right-of-way 9 agreements; the water users' land-use (crop census), land ownership, land-leasing and water use 10 data; and other matters that the Contracting Officer may require. Reports thereon shall be 11 furnished to the Contracting Officer in such form and on such date or dates as the Contracting 12 Officer may require. Subject to applicable Federal laws and regulations, each party to this 13 Settlement Contract shall have the right during office hours to examine and make copies of each 14 other’s books and official records relating to matters covered by this Settlement Contract.
Electronic Records You acknowledge and agree that we may in our discretion store all records electronically; and that we will not retain and have no obligation to retain any original documents for any period of time. This applies to all documentation including but not limited to checks, transaction records, notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other loan and/or security documentation. We will routinely destroy all original documentation. We may store records electronically via imaging, scanning, filming or other technology used in the financial services industry for the storage of documentation via internal processes or third-party processors that we approve for these services. You agree that such storage shall be secure, and further agree that such records shall for all purposes be recognized and admissible in evidence or otherwise to prove the agreements, rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to any such records.
Computer Records World Omni and the Depositor will cause their accounting and computer records to be marked to indicate the sale and assignment of the Receivables from World Omni to the Depositor and from the Depositor to the Trust.
Student Records The School shall maintain student records for current and former students in accordance with the requirements of State and federal law, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, as may be amended from time to time.
