Familiarity with Company. The Lender is familiar with the business, history and operations of, the Company, and is aware that an investment in the Shares is highly speculative and subject to substantial risk.

Familiarity with Company. Employee is familiar with the business, financial condition, earnings and prospects of the Company, and confirms that the Company has not made any representation regarding the foregoing matters or the merits of this Agreement.
Familiarity with Company. All documents, records and books pertaining to an investment in the Company requested by the undersigned have been made available or delivered to, and have been examined by, him, and the undersigned has had an opportunity to ask questions of and receive answers from the principals of the Company concerning the terms and conditions of this investment; provided, however, that the undersigned acknowledges that he is not relying upon any information, representation, warranty or promise that is not contained herein.
