Common use of Family Care Clause in Contracts

Family Care. Sick leave may be used for family care as identified below and shall not exceed four (4) days in an academic year. The time off will be deducted from accrued sick leave. An extension of absence may be granted at the discretion of the superintendent/president, subject to the approval of the Governing Board.
