Family Emergency. 13 11.16 During the delivery of Wraparound OC services, CONTRACTOR may be 14 called upon to utilize Flex Funds to address a Participant’s Family Emergency 15 expenditure(s) which were not previously addressed in the Wraparound Family 16 Budget. These expenditures may include, but are not limited to:
Family Emergency. In the case of a family emergency such as a death or illness, leave of absence without pay may be granted by the City Manager without requiring the prior exhaustion of vacation leave.
Family Emergency. For other extenuating circumstances the Deputy Superintendent may excuse teachers from attending such workshops. REMUNERATION FOR CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT (417) When it is inadvisable for the teacher to be released from his/her regular teaching assignment, the teacher shall be remunerated for his/her services subject to these conditions:

Family Emergency. 6.6.1 During participation in Wrap OC, CONTRACTOR may be called 1 upon toshall utilize Flex Funds to address Participant’s Family Emergency 2 expenditure(s), which were not previously addressed in the Family Budget.
Family Emergency. 9.6.1 CONTRACTOR shall utilize Flex Funds throughout participation in Wrap OC to address Participant’s Family Emergency expenditure(s).
Family Emergency iv) If the employee wishes to use the funds as a deposit on a home under the First Time Home Buyers programs.
Family Emergency. 6.5. A Musician may miss one (1) Rehearsal Service per Classical Concert Set for as many as three (3) Classical Concert Sets per Contract Year, with the exception of Principal Contract Musicians who may miss one (1) Rehearsal Service per Classical Concert Set for as many as two (2) Classical Concert Sets per Contract Year. Excused absences shall not be unreasonably withheld. This does not include Dress Rehearsal Services. If a Musician must miss a Rehearsal Service the Personnel Manager must be notified at least fifteen (15) days prior to the Rehearsal Service for that absence to be excused. The Personnel Manager may arrange for a substitute acceptable to the Music Director.
