Common use of Family Member Clause in Contracts

Family Member. a person who is a spouse, domestic partner, father, father-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, son, son-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, sister or sister-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, aunts and uncles of the Albuquerque Public Schools employee. Family members shall also include any individual residing in the employee’s household. This definition applies to bereavement leave in Section B and the District’s nepotism procedural directive.
