Common use of FATCA Carve-out Clause in Contracts

FATCA Carve-out. The parties agree that the definitions and provisions contained in the ISDA 2012 FATCA Protocol as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. on August 15, 2012, are incorporated into and apply to the Agreement as if set forth in full herein.
