A) The Consultant shall adhere to the requirements contained in SRTA’s annual Certification and Assurances (FHWA and FTA "Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process Certification") submitted as part of SRTA’s OWP, pursuant to 23 CFR 450.334 and 23 U.S.C. 134.
