Federal Emergency Energy Conservation Plan. In the event that a compressed workweek measure under the Federal Emergency Energy Conservation Plan or under any other Federal successor plan is adopted during the term of the Agreement which requires a deviation in terms of starting time or length of the regular shift, the parties agree to negotiate a modification of this Agreement.
