Federal or State Law. KFHPWA may terminate this Group Agreement in the event there is a change in federal or state law that no longer permits the continued offering of the coverage described in this Group Agreement.
Federal or State Law. Group Health may terminate this Agreement in the event there is a change in federal or state law that no longer permits the continued offering of the coverage described in this Agreement.

Should any Federal or State law or regulations, or the final decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, affect any provision of this Agreement, the provision or provisions so affected shall be deemed to be amended so as to conform to the law, regulation, or decision, and otherwise this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
