Common use of Federal or State Laws Clause in Contracts

Federal or State Laws. 1. Should any Federal or State law or regulations, or the final decision of any court or board of competent jurisdiction, affect any practice or provision of this Contract, the practice or provision so affected shall be made to comply with the requirements of such law, regulation or decision for the localities within the jurisdiction; otherwise all other provisions of and practices under this Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
