Federal, State and Local Taxes. CONTRACTOR shall pay all taxes lawfully imposed upon it with respect to this agreement or any product delivered with respect to this agreement. COUNTY and COMMISSION make no representation whatsoever as to the exemption from liability to any tax imposed by any government entity on CONTRACTOR.
