Fee Adjustment for Ensuing Contract Years. Annually, sixty (60) days prior to the end of the calendar year, the Authority's Office of Finance shall have completed an analysis of the Customer Contract Fee. If, as a result of this analysis, the Authority determines that an adjustment to the Customer Contract Fee is warranted, the Authority shall notify each Contractor of the adjustment. The Customer Contract Fee shall be calculated by adding the following Authority costs, and dividing the total by the estimated number of rental days for all of the on-Airport rental car contractors for the next Calendar Year.

Fee Adjustment for Ensuing Contract Years. Approximately 60 days prior to the end of any Contract Year, the Airports Authority may recalculate the CFC and shall provide the Contractor with at least 30 days advance written notice of any adjustment to the CFC to be collected for the next Contract Year. The Airports Authority shall make available to the Contractor any reasonably requested information relating to the determination of the proposed fee. The Airports Authority retains the final determination with regard to the amount of the CFC.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024.   • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent.   • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

  • Reduction in scope of agreement for fault 19.1.1 If the Grantee does not comply with an obligation under this Agreement and the Commonwealth believes that the non‐compliance is incapable of remedy, or if the Grantee has failed to comply with a notice to remedy, the Commonwealth may by written notice reduce the scope of the Agreement.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Payment for Overtime An employee may elect, with the consent of the Company, to take time off in lieu of payment of overtime at a time or times agreed with the Company. Overtime taken as time off during ordinary time hours will be taken at the ordinary time rate, that is an hour for each hour worked.

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary
