FEE FOR. a. As a condition of continued employment, each permanent employee represented by the BMA who chooses not to be a dues paying member of this unit shall pay a service fee. The City shall implement the deduction for this fee in the first payroll period that starts thirty (30) days after the Financial Services Department receives written notice of the new account.
