Feedback License. Company will have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You and Your Users to Company or any Company Party.
Feedback License. Athelas owns all right, title, and interest in and to any suggestion, enhancement, request, recommendation, or other feedback related to the Software provided by Customer (any “Feedback”). Feedback is not Customer’s Confidential Information.

Feedback License. You agree to, and hereby do, grant to Fluidigm, without any additional consideration, a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license with the right to grant and authorize sublicenses, to use and exploit, without restriction, any suggestions, modifications, improvements, ideas, know-how (whether or not patentable), processes, designs, discoveries, works of authorship, or inventions that You may disclose or provide to Fluidigm related to the C1 Script Builder. Software or Documentation (“Feedback”). You shall have no obligation to provide any Feedback to Fluidigm. All Feedback is provided by You AS IS and You shall have no liability with respect thereto other than for intentional misconduct.

Intermedia will have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You and Your Users to Intermedia or any Intermedia Party.

Techtivity will have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You and Your Users to Techtivity or any Techtivity Party.

Customer hereby grants to IronNet, at no charge, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable (through one or more tiers), perpetual, irrevocable license under Customer’s Intellectual Property Rights in and to suggestions, comments and other forms of feedback (“Feedback”) regarding an IronNet Offering and IronNet Developments provided by or on behalf of Customer to IronNet, including Feedback regarding features, usability and use, and bug reports, to reproduce, perform, display, create derivative works of the Feedback and distribute such Feedback and/or derivative works in an IronNet Offering or any other products or services. Feedback is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
Feedback License. The remainder of this Agreement notwithstanding, except where CLIENT has purchased services from D&K pursuant to which D&K is obligated to share such information with CLIENT, D&K has no obligation to give CLIENT any suggestions, comments or other feedback relating to the Product (“Feedback”). CLIENT may use and include any Feedback that D&K voluntarily provides to improve the Product and other related CLIENT products. Accordingly, if D&K provides Feedback to CLIENT, D&K agrees CLIENT and its licensees may use, reproduce, license, distribute, sublicense and otherwise commercialize the Feedback. D&K Feedback will be provided as is and D&K makes no representations or warranty to the accuracy, completeness, usability and/or IP ownership of the Feedback.
Feedback License. Customer hereby grants the Oxford Group a worldwide, non- exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, fully paid up right and license to use, copy, modify, sell, publish, distribute, sub-license and create derivative works using suggestions, comments, feedback, modifications to or derivative works of Oxford Proprietary Information and any content Customer may add to the Oxford Group’s Resources and Support website (collectively, “Feedback”) in any manner and for any purpose. The Oxford Group may, in its sole discretion, and without compensation to or attribution of Customer or any third party, use Feedback Customer provides in any way. Customer warrants that Customer’s Feedback is not subject to any license terms that would purport to require the Oxford Group to comply with any additional obligations with respect to any products that incorporate any Feedback. With respect to any Customer that is a U.S. government entity, the foregoing right and license shall be construed as a non-exclusive permission and shall apply only to the extent permitted under applicable U.S. federal law.
