Feedback License. Company will have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You and Your Users to Company or any Company Party.
Feedback License. Athelas owns all right, title, and interest in and to any suggestion, enhancement, request, recommendation, or other feedback related to the Software provided by Customer (any “Feedback”). Feedback is not Customer’s Confidential Information.

You agree to, and hereby do, grant to Fluidigm, without any additional consideration, a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license with the right to grant and authorize sublicenses, to use and exploit, without restriction, any suggestions, modifications, improvements, ideas, know-how (whether or not patentable), processes, designs, discoveries, works of authorship, or inventions that You may disclose or provide to Fluidigm related to the C1 Script Builder. Software or Documentation (“Feedback”). You shall have no obligation to provide any Feedback to Fluidigm. All Feedback is provided by You AS IS and You shall have no liability with respect thereto other than for intentional misconduct.
Feedback License. Customer hereby grants to IronNet, at no charge, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable (through one or more tiers), perpetual, irrevocable license under Customer’s Intellectual Property Rights in and to suggestions, comments and other forms of feedback (“Feedback”) regarding an IronNet Offering and IronNet Developments provided by or on behalf of Customer to IronNet, including Feedback regarding features, usability and use, and bug reports, to reproduce, perform, display, create derivative works of the Feedback and distribute such Feedback and/or derivative works in an IronNet Offering or any other products or services. Feedback is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Intermedia will have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual license to use or incorporate into the Services any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You and Your Users to Intermedia or any Intermedia Party.

Subscriber grants 2Ring and its Affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free and fully-paid license to use and incorporate into, and distribute as a part of, the 2Ring Service or any other products, services or content, any suggestion, support (including any flaws, error, bugs, anomalies, or problems) or enhancement request, recommendation, correction or other feedback from Subscriber or any User relating to the 2Ring Service, its features, characteristics, and/or operations, or any associated documentation or services (collectively, “Feedback”). 2Ring is under no obligation to respond to and/or implement any Feedback provided by Subscriber.
Feedback License. If you provide Jolt with any ideas, suggestions, or similar feedback about performance of the Service and/or for improving the Service ("Feedback"), you hereby grant Jolt and all Jolt Affiliates a worldwide, assignable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable (through multiple tiers of sublicensees), irrevocable, and perpetual license, in any media format and through any media channels (now known or hereafter developed), to access, use, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, make available to the public, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, publicly display, publically perform, and otherwise commercially exploit such Feedback (the "Feedback License"). You hereby represent and warrant that: (a) your Feedback does not, and will not, infringe, misappropriate or violate any third party's Intellectual Property Rights, or any Law; and (b) you have obtained, and will maintain during and after any termination of this Agreement, all licenses, permissions, consents, approvals, and authorizations required to grant the Feedback License. The Feedback License shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Feedback License. To the extent Licensee provides suggestions, comments or feedback regarding the Software (“Feedback”) to Teradici, Licensee hereby irrevocably agrees that Teradici and its Affiliates may use, exercise and commercially exploit the Feedback and any and all rights in such Feedback worldwide without restriction or obligation including any payment to Licensee both during and at any time after the Term, and that such Feedback shall not be deemed to be Confidential Information of Licensee or otherwise impose any confidentiality obligation on Teradici or its Affiliates.
