Common use of FEES AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

FEES AGREEMENT. I agree that the said firm Xxxx Xxxxx Attorneys Inc shall be entitled to charge fees calculated as follows: Total fees equivalent to twice the applicable party and party tariff at R1250.00 per hour.
