Fees, Expenses, and Awards. Class Counsel’s application for Attorneys’ Fees and 13 Expenses shall be filed and served no later than thirty-five (35) calendar days prior to the Final 14 Approval Hearing. Neither SoFi nor the Releasees shall have any responsibility for any application 15 for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses submitted by Class Counsel, and such matters will be considered 16 separately from the fairness, reasonableness, and adequacy of the Settlement. At or after the Final 17 Approval Hearing, the Court shall determine whether any application for Attorneys’ Fees and 18 Expenses, and any award to the Class Representatives and Individual Plaintiff for their service to 19 the Class, should be approved.

Any arbitration award may be entered in and enforced by any court having jurisdiction thereover and the parties hereby consent and commit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Washington for the purposes of the enforcement of any arbitration award.
