All fencing shall be maintained in good repair at all times. 2. The homeowner shall maintain all steps and skirts in good condition and repair. 3. Steps to the homes, porches and patios shall be constructed of sturdy precast concrete or of attractive wooden, granite or aluminum materials. Concrete blocks are not allowed. 4. New skirting, or skirting being completely replaced, shall be of approved vinyl or pre-finished aluminum, installed vertically with a two-track system. All skirting shall be the same color and type on all four sides of the home. a. All skirting must be entirely closed around the premises of the house. In the event the homeowner fails to comply with these requirements, the Park Owner may perform the work and xxxx the homeowner for materials and reasonable services rendered.
